Level III Estate/Executive Personal Protection Dogs

Level III Dogs are from 18 months to 48 months of age

The Level III Estate/Executive Personal Protection Dogs are well suited for all types of environments. They will fit well in family situations, farm life, for singles and for those people who are executives who want the ultimate in security and protection. At this level, explosive or narcotic detection can be added.

Delivery or refresher training is comprehensive and will be outlined contractually depending upon the requirements of the new owner. All training will be by me and or my competent staff.

Examples for delivery and recurrent training may be but not limited to:

  • Training for the new owner and family which can be 4 days to 1 week
  • Extensive training for the new owners or additional handlers that may work with a security team. Possible time frame 10 days to 2 weeks
  • Change of staff training will be on a contractual bases
  • Refresher training can be for the working life of the dog on a contractual basis. This would need to be discussed and outlined prior to the purchase of the dog.

Level III Estate/Executive Personal Protection Dogs have:

  • Health and Guarantee: Level III Estate/Executive Personal Protection Dogs comes with a full line of health and training guarantee that exceeds the industry standard.

  • Social skills: Level III Estate/Executive Personal Protection Dogs may not be as social as the other level of dogs. This will be determinate on the buyers’ preferences. The dogs will be highly socialized with other dogs and cats and other animals. We expose the dogs to as many social situations as possible to ensure good performance with no surprises

  • Temperament Testing: Level III Estate/Executive Personal Protection Dogs are tested in a three-tier testing program to ensure sound temperament and solid nerves. They are tested in Europe prior to import. They are tested by me personally and by my competent staff.

  • The testing includes but is not limited to:
    • The dog’s ability to enter a pitch dark building and have the door closed behind him. The dog should show no signs of avoidance
    • The dog will be able to operate on slick floors and show no signs of avoidance
    • The dog will negotiate stairs with agility and ease
    • The dog will be able to climb an open staircase up to 4 stories tall and come down without going into avoidance
    • The dog will be placed in a gunfire situation with progressing stages starting at 50 yards and coming closer. The dog should show no signs of being gun shy or become aggressive to the handler as the aggressor comes closer
    • The dog will be able to perform obedience in heavy traffic to evaluate their focus and abilities to operate in stressful conditions
    • The dog will come under heavy gunfire throughout the training phase in all stages
    • The Level III Estate/Executive Personal Protection Dogs will also be tested for their ability to search for periods of time without loosing focus or stopping and leaving the area

  • Obedience: Level III Estate/Executive Personal Protection Dogs have exceptional on leash and off-leash obedience. When working against a competent, violent aggressor or multiple aggressors, obedience/control can mean life or death. The dogs will have good obedience for searches and understand search patterns. We proof all obedience events with the dogs before they are delivered to their new home.

  • Protection: Level III Estate/Executive Personal Protection Dogs will have very great bite mechanics that include full mouth, hard, bite. These dogs will be able to bite and negotiate a bite suit, make leg to arm, arm to underarm, back to front transfers. These dogs will demonstrate control with a clear head when there is an engagement to the helper or aggressor. These dogs will be able to defend against multiple violent aggressors. These dogs will release the bite when the aggressor gives up or the fight ends on command. These dogs will go into a bark and hold which will keep the aggressor from acting out further. If a person would get aggressive again these dogs would automatically engage the aggressor.

  • In addition to the above, several training skills are added in the Level III Estate/Executive Personal Protection Dogs. The list includes but is not limited to:
    • Protect against child abduction
    • Multiple Aggressors under gun fire
    • Extensive Search Capability in many situations
    • Extensive Car Jacking capability
    • Optional training for explosive or narcotic detection

  • Stopping power: Level III Estate/Executive Personal Protection Dogs will be able to stop an intruder, multiple attackers or abductors, whether on the bite or by his presence when he is on guard.

  • Extensive Scenario based training: Level III Estate/Executive Personal Protection. Dogs must go through many different scenarios before we can be certain the dog will perform under new and different situations. This scenario-based training is, in part, conversations with the buyer and their expectations, and a foundational approach to this form of training.

  • The scenario-based training might include:
    • Loading and unloading in small aircraft
    • The ability to work and perform in a maritime situation,
    • The ability to work in small confined areas like a car, motor home, bus or public transportation
    • The ability to work under an estate security management system with multiple handlers.
    • The extensive scenario based training will be determined from conversation with the new owner or security management team

  • Protection against abduction:
    • This type of training brings us as close to reality based training as possible.
    • We set up as many situations where this scenario might occur. Again we rely on the participation of the buyer and our conversations in these situations.

  • Multiple aggressors: It is a fact that most crimes are committed by more than one person. The dog must be able to respond to more than one violent aggressor and defend against such attacks. The ability for the handler to control the dog becomes more important so we build the control on the dog for this type of situation.

  • Search Capability: In farming communities where people are outside doing chores in multiple building configurations the dog will go into the building and search for intruders. Likewise the dog will search the home thoroughly for signs of entry and alert the family accordingly. This would apply to back yards, garages, small warehouses, or other structures. When in doubt leave the premises or use your dog.

  • Extensive Car Jacking Capability: Level III Estate/Executive Personal Protection Dogs will have extensive car-jacking experience on a reality based training concept.
    • The dogs will be able to make a bite in or out of the car.
    • The dogs will be able to make a bite in or out of the car.
    • He will bite from the front or back seat and be able to engage from an open window.
    • The dog will guard and defend the car.
    • With a Level III Estate/Executive Personal Protection Dogs he will be expected to fight in or out of a car and engage with force on multiple aggressors and work with others defending against the attack.
    • The dog will have great control in this situation. This will be discussed with the buyer in advance.

  • Optional training for explosive or narcotic detection: This is just an overview.
    • Corporate crime is on the rise. In the last 10 years the abduction of CEO’s for ransom or elimination has grown at an unprecedented rate.
    • In addition, the liability for a corporation has been elevated to a new level. If you are an ISO 9000/14000 corporation, or you do business as a primary provider of goods/services or subcontractor of goods/service for the Department of Transportation/FAA your organization must be a drug free environment. It is much easier to prevent this type of illegal activity than to put corrective action in place after the fact. The ability to maintain and be awarded new contracts depends on your drug free environment.
    • Many CEO’s today, with their private transportation/private jets, are using explosive detection dogs to do cursory searches of the vehicles prior to departure. We include this type of training on a contractual basis for those who might need this high degree of training for their Level III Estate/Executive Personal Protection Dog.
    • Some companies have found drugs coming through their shipping and receiving department or even employees dealing drugs to other employees. A skilled narcotic detection dog can put a stop to these types of crimes committed in your business. This is why we offer this type of training for Level III Estate/Executive Personal Protection Dogs.

The Level III Estate/Executive Personal Protection Dog is a highly successful, trained dog that can maintain his training level for years. The training is no less than what is found in most law enforcement departments.
